Kub marine corrosion-resistant copper tube and copper sheet condensing unit
This is a cold storage unit for use on ships, produced by Kub Company. The compressor uses Beijing Bitzer and a separate KP1 low-pressure pressure control is used for low-pressure start and stop.
Aluminum fins are more easily corroded by seawater than copper fins, because copper is more resistant to seawater corrosion than aluminum. Therefore, we choose condensers with copper tubes and copper fins for the condensers we use.
The specific heat of copper is 0.385 J/g K; the specific heat of aluminum is 0.897 J/g K. The smaller the specific heat, the easier it is for the temperature to rise or fall. The specific heat of copper is about half of that of aluminum, so the temperature drops faster and the heat dissipation is more efficient.
